By using Ares Chat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Ares Chat provides End-to-End Encrypted private messaging channels. Channels are purchased once with no recurring subscription.
3. Permitted Use
- Personal and professional private communications
- Legal communications within your jurisdiction
- Sharing files and conducting voice calls through purchased channels
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use Ares Chat to conduct illegal activities, harass or threaten others, distribute malware, commit fraud, or violate applicable law.
5. Purchases and Refunds
Channel purchases are one-time payments. Voice call time is consumable. Refunds are subject to Apple App Store, PayPal, or RedotPay refund policies depending on the payment method used.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ares Chat is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ares Chat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
